My take on this is. Folks that are fully vaccinated and boosted and getting the Covid-19 Variant Omicon. Guess It’s easy for them to say the Biden Admin’s jabs do not work. I remember back in July 2021 when I got vaccinated with Pfizer it was said to prevent getting covid again. With all the hype about boosters, I went to CVS where my original jabs came from, and were denied the booster shot because it had not been six months since my second vaccination. So since it’s now in the supreme court’s hands, I’m a little nervous considering what Justice Sonia Sotomayor said! 🙁

I must be horribly misinformed, because I thought the job of the Supreme Court was to decide on the constitutionality of issues brought before it, and not the latest methods of fighting a virus.

Sotomayor has a diabetes problem. I have been praying for years that she just effing die and go away. I hate lefty communists and she is one of the worse.
It doesn’t matter whether the vaccine prevents death or hospitalization. If a mandate is in the interests of the people, then fine, make a it LAW! and require Congress to do that. But to attempt backdoor it through some asinine OSHA mandate is not constitutional. Workplace safety means safe machinery, safe processes, clear warnings of dangerous areas, and a safe environment. If we’re going to now throw vaccination status into the pot, then where does it end? Sounds like next year we’ll need to mandate a flu vaccine. And gosh, we can’t take the risk of unhealthy people operating dangerous machinery, so we’ll need to mandate yearly doctor checkups. We’ll need to mandate blood pressure screenings, obesity maximums, blood sugar checks for diabetes, etc. Actually, we’ll probably have to mandate daily exercise regimens sort of like the military requires. We’ll need to mandate minimum sleep periods before work, maximum and minimum dietary intake, bowel movement regularity checks. Since these sorts of OSHA compliance mandates cannot actually be guaranteed without constant oversight, we’ll have to mandate barracks living for all workers and drill instructors to maintain discipline and guarantee compliance in all the aforementioned mandates.
OSHA’s mandate isn’t just a slippery slope towards a police state, it’s a greased slide.
