What’s Going On With The Protest Convoy Heading To Washington DC?

What’s going on with the protest convoy heading to Washington D.C.? There’s literally been next to no protest convoy coverage on the net popping up in the usual places. Maybe a mention or two on Fox News, but not a whole lot. So I decided to use DuckDuckGo search and dug up a few articles that were mostly negative. OANN shared this video of Stefan Kleinhenz interview of several truckers last night.

Yahoo News is regurgitating other sites’ content and making the top duckduckgo search index. They reported from the independent UK: A convoy of truckers who were heading from California to Washington DC for Joe Biden’s State of the Union (SOTU) address has been told to find another protest fleet after theirs fell apart before its first stop. Organizers of the “US Freedom Convoy” – which had been expecting up to 2,000 truckers prior to its departure from Los Angeles on Friday disbanded the caravan and canceled all associated rallies on Saturday after only five rigs arrived in Las Vegas.

To prevent another rally without our truckers our team will not be moving thru Salt Lake City and Denver, organizers wrote in an update following the disappointing turnout in Sin City. Truckers were instead urged to join The People’s Convoy , a more than 100-strong force that departed California for the US capital the same day and has amassed nearly $1m in donations.

Another mostly negative article Yahoo News picked up from the Independent UK: Several trucks involved in the “People’s Convoy” the American answer to Canada’s “Freedom Convoy” were involved in a protest convoy crash on their way to Washington DC. The drivers are largely right-wing critics of the Joe Biden administration who oppose vaccine mandates. Troopers in Oklahoma had to shut down the Will Rogers Turnpike on Sunday after two semis and two pickup trucks were involved in a crash. Troopers confirmed there were injuries but would not provide further details.

Though there’s not much information on the protest convoy making the rounds, here are about Six Hours of very interesting videos from America’s highways en route to Washington DC. People are fed up with this administration and are exercising their right to protest. Oh yea, they’re coming! 😎

It’s my opinion that this subject is taboo with big tech and mainstream media. I’ve seen numerous times before, that good information, such as this blog post and others will not be indexed in search. It makes it difficult when scouring the net for details when blogging articles. Such is life on the net! 😥

I'm a Florida-born good ole southern boy hanging out online keeping up with tech. Being a TV technician from the early 70s I felt right at home when the net was released to the public. I blog my opinion about many worthy subjects as a hobbyist. If you find this article's information helpful please comment and share wherever possible!
