Disney Reedy Creek Exemption which allows the magic kingdom to self-govern itself could be revoked by the sunshine states governor Ron DeSantis who is calling for a special session to investigate the exemption granted in 1967. There’s a feud between the Disney Company and Florida that would make the Hatfields and McCoys jealous! 😎 Disney is insisting on the Indoctrination of kids and calls Florida’s Parental Rights in Education law the Don’t Say Gay law. Update 04/23/22: Ron DeSantis made it official yesterday and signed the new law ending sweetheart special tax breaks in Orlando. It passed the Senate, then the House, and now DeSantis put his signature on it. The law eliminates the Reedy Creek Improvement District–the Disney government that was established in May 1967. DeSantis said at the signing, You’re a corporation based in Burbank, California, and you’re gonna marshal your economic might to attack the parents of my state. We view that as a provocation, and we’re going to fight back against that. Joe Biden then used the lord’s name in vain attacking Florida, DeSantis, and the GOP. Update 04/21/22: Fox News reports: The Florida House of Representatives passed a bill on Thursday that would dissolve Walt Disney World’s special governing power in the state. The move could have huge tax implications for Disney, whose series of theme parks have transformed Orlando into one of the world’s most popular tourist destinations, and serves to further sour the relationship between the Republican-led government and a major political player in the state.

Update 04/20/22 NYP Reports: Florida’s Republican-led Senate approved a bill on Wednesday that would eliminate the Walt Disney Company’s special tax district that has allowed the company to self-govern its land. The Florida House is also expected to vote in favor of the legislation after Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis announced Tuesday that lawmakers will be “considering termination of all special districts that were announced in Florida prior to 1968. Looks like Disney LOST This War IT Started!

In 1967, Florida created the Reedy Creek Improvement District, a semi-private, independent governing entity controlled by Disney. It gave the company the power to approve construction projects for its theme parks as well as build and manage its needed infrastructure. Reedy Creek Improvement District (the “District”) is a “progressive form of government“, created by a special Act of the Florida Legislature, the purpose is to support and administer certain aspects of the economic development and tourism within District boundaries. The Reedy Creek District encompasses approximately 25,000 acres in both Orange and Osceola counties, servicing 19 landowners, including Walt Disney Co. and its wholly-owned affiliates. RCID operates in accordance with Chapter 189, Florida Statutes.

Floridians are really upset with what the Disney Company insists on doing which is supporting the indoctrination of Florida’s children. Activist Laura Loomer who is running for Congress this year held a protest event at Disney World west of Orlando FL. There was a sign saying “Pedo World” taped into the entrance of the park which police promptly removed. Disney Reedy Creek Exemption is in trouble!

SGT Reports: Laura Loomer reported on her Telegram account that over 1,000 people attended the protest in order to voice their displeasure with Disney’s grooming of children. “Left-wing media is going crazy over the fact that 1000 people showed up today outside of Disney to protest against Disney’s sexualization of children,” Loomer said. “When I’m in Congress, I will work to expose, confront, and amplify all protests against groomers and those who wish to sexualize innocent children through LGBTQ propaganda,” she added, referencing her Republican Congressional campaign.

Whatever happened to the good old days when Walt Disney imagined and created the Magic Kingdom? I bet Walt is tossing and turning in his grave over what his children’s friendly entertainment kingdom has become. Add in Disney president Karey Burke who claims to have two children, one transgender and another that is pansexual who wants fifty percent LGBTQIA characters, and racial minorities and it’s a disaster that found a place to happen.
