The Houston Chronicle reports: Nearly everyone was waiting in line for something: Fried food, Trump merchandise, bathrooms, or the security line to get in. The masses sporadically broke out in whoops or “Let’s go Brandon” chants. The line of cars waiting to turn into the lot stretched nearly a mile. The outfits would have looked at home at a large music festival. People wore bright colors such as American flag jumpsuits and neon cowboy hats. The crowd is mostly but not exclusively white, made up of people of all ages. Whole families walked together, hand-in-hand in true American style.
Enterprising locals at the Trump Save America Rally sold T-shirts and flags from campers on the grounds. Prices listed say they are selling for $20 each; hoodies for $28. Many displayed political slogans or expletives against President Joe Biden. A Confederate flag flown up high waved near the entrance. “All I Do Is Win” by DJ Khaled played from the stage, set up yards away from the tailgate area. The playlist was mostly country rock with some ‘80s hits. Another Great Trump Save America Rally!
